Using imagery, yoga, Pilates, fascia stretching and relaxation, you: 

  • Connect to your ideal alignment
  • Practice precise movements to release tension and pain 
  • Feel aligned, empowered and energized
  • Have less pain

With embodiment, gentle movement and restorative yoga, you experience:

  • Pain reduction
  • Relaxation of your muscles, tissues and organs 
  • Ease in your spinal cord, nerves and brain,
  • Effortless deepening of your breath
  • Your parasympathetic system activates which resets your nervous system

Embodied Strength Training

Discover YOUR IDEAL alignment with anatomical imagery and movement. Together we will warm up, open up,  strengthen, stretch and relax.
